features and benefits
creating rapport in the consultation,
listening & questioning skills,
time to practice consultations
how to prepare a presentation, spoken, &visual
developing confidence by practicing presentations (10 min to 1/2 hour )
marketing, brochures, flyers, advertising, attracting clients
promoting yourself .... affirming your gifts and qualities
qualifies you to give short talks to groups,
also a pre-requisite for the Bridge course (after Level 3)
